Our web has enabled 3 possible forms of payment: Credit card, Bizum and Paypal.
There is no problem returning the item we sent you. Please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org for the approval. Returns charges are to be paid by the customer, except Spanish orders. You are welcome to return the item(s) at your own cost, or we can organize the return back to us using our transport agency if you want. In this case, please write us to email@example.com and we will inform you of the costs it has, to be deducted from your refund.
We will not accept returns regarding the same order but sent separately in two different times.
Goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them. The product will be reviewed once it arrives at our facilities and if it has not been used, it will be reimbursed in the same way as the customer paid it. The product must be returned in its original box with all the accessories if it bears them.
In regards to the period of admission of returns, it will depend on the cause that generated the return. In this sense, if it is an error due to the shipment or simply that the customer has not liked the item once received, there is a period of 15 days from the date of receipt in order to return the shoes.
In case you wish to change the size or color of the purchased item, or you wish a different item, our procedure requires that you return the item, which will be refunded to you, and that you proceed with a new order.
The shipping costs are governed by the following table:
Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 14€
Europe: 20€ except Switzerland: 40€ (Free for +120€ orders)
USA & Canada: 20€ (Free for +120€ orders)
Israel: 50€ (Free for +120€ orders)
Australia: 60€ (Free for +120€ orders)
All international orders of current season items above €120 are shipped for free overseas. Lower cost orders varie depending of each country.
For other unspecified destinations consult with our company the expenses and shipping possibilities.
The expected delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours for the Peninsula and one extra day for the Balearic Islands. For the rest of the destinations the delivery time is about 4-5 days for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla; a whole week if we talk about Europe and a very variable period for other destinations that, in each case, will be communicated opportunely.
On the other hand, if this period is extended beyond the expected time, basically because the requested item it is not available at that time (something we always try to avoid, but sometimes happens) we will indicate this circumstance to the client, who may choose to wait for that extra time or to request a full refund of the paid amount for the item/s that will take an extra time to be delivered.
All prices shown on our website have VAT included.
It is important to note in this section that the prices shown here are exclusive for online purchases and will not be applicable to the same models at any physical store in which our products are distributed.
Both the general conditions of sale and the use of this website are subject to the legislation in force in Spain in this regard.
On the other hand, in case of any conflict or discrepancy, the sale is considered made in Alicante and, therefore, the applicable jurisdiction will be that of the Courts or Tribunals of the aforementioned capital for all purposes.
