RETURNS
- You have 14 business days to make your return from the delivery of the product.
- To request a return, you can do so from your customer account. Go to your order details, select the model to be returned and enter the reason. Click the red REQUEST A RETURN button and we will automatically receive the information. You will receive an email as confirmation.

- For orders from mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, shipping and return costs are covered by the company Eli (with a maximum of 3 free returns every 6 months).
- Once the product is received at our facilities, it will be inspected and if it has not been used, a refund will be made in the same way that the customer paid for it.
- OUTLET (ARCHIVE SALES) products that are returned will not be refunded, a VOUCHER will be issued for the value of the order, with an expiration of 1 YEAR.
CHANGES
- We only accept changes from the peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.
- To make a change, simply place a new order, indicating in the comments the Order Reference you wish to return.
- We will send the new order with RETURN service, so that the transport agency will collect the package to be returned at the same time as the new one is delivered to you. The product must be returned in its original box with all accessories, if any. Once we receive it, it will be checked and if it is in good condition, the refund will be made in the same way as it was paid.

Our products are made from exclusive materials. Any possible marks or colour variations are characteristics that confirm the authenticity of the leather. Quality footwear, an investment in sustainability. Take care of them to enjoy them for a long time.

Clean with a dry cotton cloth and apply colorless or skin-tone waxes. Leather: For stains, clean with a microfibre cloth and micellar water. Afterwards, moisturise with matching shoe polish or Nivea cream if the colour is not right. Patent leather: Stains or scratches can be cleaned with milk. |
Clean with a soft brush or hard sponge. For larger stains, try using an eraser or clean with a microfibre cloth and cleaning vinegar, then cover the area with talcum powder and leave it for several days. Brush afterwards. If the stain is from a dark liquid (wine, blood, etc.) replace the cleaning vinegar with hydrogen peroxide. They can be protected with treatment sprays or dust repellents (water repellent for mops). |
