INSTAGRAM COMPETITION: WIN A PAIR OF SHOES FROM THE NEW COLLECTION PV20 #Stayawarestaysafe
From the 26th of March 2020, until the 5th of April 2020 (included), you can participate in this contest and win a pair of SHOES of the new collection SS20 of Eli 1957 Shoes.
To participate, you have to share your drawing/s in Instagram Stories, mentioning Eli 1957 Shoes (@ Eli1957Shoes) and follow our account.
If you have a private profile, you can take a screenshot of the story and send it by private message through Instagram (DM).
There will be 1 winner amongst all participants.
At the end of the contest the winner will be notified with a private message through Instagram in order to send the prize.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. ORGANIZER AND PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION
Eli 1957 Shoes will carry out a contest aimed at everyone who is at home and wants to find a fun moment, and also win a pair of shoes from the new SS20 collection (hereinafter, the CONTEST), in order to encourage participation and interaction on the Instagram profile of @Eli1957Shoes. (www.instagram.com/eli1957shoes ) by their followers.
2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND APPLICATION OF THE PROMOTION
The CONTEST will take place internationally, in those countries where Eli1957Shoes has a presence.
3. TEMPORARY SCOPE
The period of participation in the contest will begin on day 26th of March of 2020 and ends the 5th of April 2020, both days included.
4. FREE CHARACTER OF THE CONTEST
The CONTEST will be held under the modality of “FREE COMPETITION”, that is, participation in this CONTEST will not imply any expense for the participant.
5. COMMUNICATION OF THE CONTEST
This contest will be communicated during the period in which it is active through our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/eli1957shoes /) and on our Instagram profile (www.instagram.com/eli1957shoes).
6. LEGITIMATED PERSONS AND MECHANICS OF THE CONTEST
To enter, participants must post a photo on Instagram, mention @eli1957shoes and tag it with the hashtag #stayawarestaysafe.
To participate and be the possible winner you must follow the account of @eli1957shoes.
Amongst all the publications, the most beautiful and creative drawing will be chosen by the Team of Eli 1957, which will be the winner.
The winner will receive a pair of sandals from the new SS20 collection now available on the www.eli1957.com website.
Each user can participate with more than one comment/image, but can only win one prize.
The user must have a public Instagram profile. If you have a private profile, you can take a screenshot of the stories and send it by private message through Instagram (DM) to Eli 1957.
7. PRIZE
The winner will receive a pair of sandals from the new SS20 collection now available at www.eli1957.com website.
8. COMMUNICATION OF THE WINNERS
Upon completion of the contest, the winner will be informed that they have won by commenting on the contest posting and privately asking them to provide a valid email.
If after 2 days from the end of the contest the winner cannot be contacted, the prize will be assigned to the next finalist.
10. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Eli 1957 Shoes reserves the possibility of rejecting the registration of those participants whose data is not complete or their participations do not meet the requirements to enter the contest.
Eli 1957 Shoes reserves the right to make changes during the Contest that result in the successful conclusion of the CONTEST, when there is a legitimate cause or reasons of force majeure that prevent its completion in the manner described in these rules.
11. ACCEPTANCE
Participation in the CONTEST implies, by itself, the acceptance of these rules.
The lack of acceptance by the participant will lead to the exclusion of their participation in the CONTEST.
12. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the provisions of the Law 15/1999, of the Law on Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data you provide us will be kept confidentially in a file.
In compliance with the provisions of the Law of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), at the time of data collection, users will be asked for their express consent so that Eli 1957 Shoes can make use of their data in order to send you information and advertising by email or equivalent means, such as SMS on mobile phones.
These data will be kept in the strictest privacy in accordance with current legislation.
