We love this news, and it is that we have fallen in love again with Princess Leonor wearin Mary-Janes by Papanatas for a special day.
Yesterday, Monday, February 3rd, 2020, the solemn opening ceremony of the XIV Spanish Legislature was held.
In the act, the royal family met, with the Kings of Spain, Don Felipe and Doña Leticia, as well as Princess Leonor and the Infanta Sofia.
For the occasion, they dressed in their arrival with elegant black coats.
Once inside the House of Commons, Princess Leonor chose a tweed dress with a matching red jacket.
On the other hand, the Infanta Sofia wore a white dress with a print of black squares, more informal and youthful.
Both Princess Leonor and the Infanta Sofia, have already worn on other special occasions some of our Eli 1957’s models.
In fact, last year during the Hispanic Day festivity, both wore the same model in different tones of color.
It was, without a doubt, a very important day, since Princess Leonor wore a recognized emblem for the first time.
It was the Golden Fleece, which symbolizes her status as Crown Heiress.
We invite you to read the post we dedicated to this event (click here to access).
Back again to the images, the red mary-janes model that Princess Leonor is wearing, you can appreciate that it is a super soft Mary-Jane shoe with a fastener.
It incorporates a leather insole and its non-slip rubber sole provides the shoe with flexibility, safety and great comfort.
Like all models of our brands, they are made in Spain, following a careful handmade process, with top quality materials.
It is important to note that they fit your actual size.
